Do you want to desire and enjoy sex?

Do you want to want sex? Have pleasurable, pain-free sex? Have you first orgasm, or achieve orgasm more easily? Feel more comfortable with your sexuality?

The first thing you need to know is that you’re not alone. These issues are much more common than most people realize because sex can be such a difficult topic to discuss! The second thing you need to know is that you can get help.

How can sex therapy help?

Counselling can be a safe place to discuss your concerns with someone who has a lot of experience with women’s sexual concerns.

We’ll discuss all the different factors that may be influencing your sexual concern, including biological factors, psychological factors, social factors, and cultural factors.

Together, we can explore your goals and fears and use this information to identify solutions.

Are you struggling to find sex therapy near you?

Sex therapy can be hard to find in Lethbridge. I also telehealth counselling, which means I can see you no matter where you live in most provinces/territories–as long as you have a good internet connection! I see clients in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Telehealth also decreases issues like parking, weather, childcare, germs, and even running into me in public.

When you’re ready to tackle your problems, I’ll be here. Book a free consultation today so we can see if we are a good fit for each other.
